Daniel Marsili is a global leader on designing talent strategies to support business goals. He is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Colgate-Palmolive Company, a leading global consumer products company in over 200 countries and more than 30,000 employees worldwide. Prior to Colgate-Palmolive, he held Human Resources positions with Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company and Hyatt Corporation and joined the Board of Directors of The Miracle Foundation, an international nonprofit organization. He is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and holds a JD from Loyola University New Orleans.
