Mrs. Cole brings 20 years of multifaceted Finance experience from the Technology, Healthcare and Financial Services industries. She held global and regional business unit CFO and finance director roles at IBM and IDEXX Laboratories, a global leader in veterinary technology. Through her time spent living and working in the US, the UK, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore, she has developed deep country and regional experiences of financial operations and management.
Shannon has a track record of strong performance management, underpinned by her organic and inorganic business development experience. She has led or contributed to several Finance Transformation and Shared Services projects. She is an inclusive and collaborative leader, with appreciation for the importance of human factors in change management and employee engagement.
Shannon has mentored many finance professionals and start-up founders and served on boards of non-profit organizations in the course of her career.
